Now is certainly the best time to buy real estate. Not only are homes at rock bottom prices, but with the availability of first time home buyer grant programs, individuals can get free money to help buy their new home. These funds are offered in the form of down payment assistance through various government and private organizations, and can help you reduce the amount of cash needed to purchase your new house.
A first time home buyer grant can be obtained by people regardless of credit, and often times regardless of income. Depending on where you are planning on buying and the grant programs being offered in your area, you may be able to claim as much as $20,000 to use towards your new home.
These funds are often provided to help community development, expand neighborhoods, or improve the real estate market by providing cash incentives. By searching an online grant database, you can find the funds that are currently available and see how much money you can get approved for.
Whatever cash you are awarded through a first time home buyer grant never has to be paid back. This money is provided interest free, tax free and with no repayment terms. Just be sure to spend the money in accordance to the terms of the grant. There are restrictions and specific terms on how you can use the grant money, and as long as you follow those terms you can enjoy the free grant money this is awarded to you.
Search for a first time home buyer grant by accessing the up-to-date directory to find grant funds that are currently available. See how much you qualify to obtain and potentially get your first check in as little as 7 days.

Most people can stop throwing their hard earned money away on rent month after month, and get first time homebuyer grants to invest in a new home instead. There is no reason why you should have to work and slave making your housing costs the first priority on the “pay list”, not to mention it being the bulk of your debt and salary, only to hand all of that money over to someone else month after month. Never knowing if this lease will be your last and you’ll have to relocate when it ends, living under someone else’s rules and conditions, sometimes with undesirable neighbors. Let’s face it, renting kind of stinks.
All of that combined with the amount of money you collectively flush down the toilet each year. Even a rent as low as five hundred dollars per month (which is really low balling it) adds up to six thousand dollars per year that you put into your landlords pocket. With the average urban rent being around on thousand dollars, most American renters are tossing out twelve grand a year. Nauseating isn’t it? Well if you are a renter it is. Must be pretty sweet from the landlord’s point of view. Kind of makes you want to be the landlord, doesn’t it?
Well you just may be able to do that, and what’s better is you can do it with free government money. There are hundreds of quite generous free government grant programs available to American citizens and among them are some pretty sweet home grants to buy property with. If you follow the links below, you seriously may be able to go from tenant to landlord in as little as a few weeks.
Imagine purchasing a new property, but not having to pay one cent of the down payment, and then lease a portion of it as a rental property creating an income. Ultimately, you will never have to pay rent again because this is your property, the mortgage payment is being covered by the rent you collect from your tenants, and you made no initial down payment. You have a free home for life. Check into government funded first time homebuyer grants, so you can be the landlord.

Amy Grant – Somewhere Down the Road $16.24 Personnel: Dan Muckala (programming).Audio Mixer: Dan Muckala.Liner Note Author: Amy Grant.Recording information: Casa De Ted; Glomo Studio, Franklin, TN; The Fertile Turtle, Nashville, TN; The House, Nashville, TN; The Village Recorder; The Village, Santa Monica, CA; Vibe 56 Sutdios, Nashville, TN.Arranger: Dan Muckala.Somewhere Down the Road is something between a new album and a compilation, offering six brand-new recordings balanced with three reissues, a handful of re-recordings, and a few unreleased cuts. It`s easy to tell the newer cuts, as they`re the ones that bear slight traces of Auto-Tune on Amy`s vocals, but all of this is cut from a similar cloth: everything marches to a deliberate tempo, everything is well-scrubbed and melodic, everything is friendly and melodic without quite being hooky. If it`s not Grant`s best-known or compelling music, it is certainly representative of how she`s sounded since the turn of the millennium, and since she hasn`t done all that much new since then, it`s nice to have some new music from her, no matter how modest it is. ~ Stephen Thomas Erlewine Copyright (C) Muze Inc. 2005.
